Hi, I am Sai — a designer with seven years of figuring out why people do what they do, and apparently that curiosity was strong enough to send me back to university.
Currently at Warwick studying Behavioural Economics. Previously designing for farmers in Indonesia and making buses feel cooler than cars at Cityflo.
Selected Work

Dispatch Details — Screen that mattered
Making it easier for Sahabat Jivas to consume information on that screen that mattered the most while saving time for our internal users and developers.

Cash Deposit x Xendit: From 28 hours to 7 minutes
The process of repaying credit to Jiva required a physical bank visit, a paper receipt, and 28 hours. We replaced it with 7 minutes on your phone, and redesigned everything behind the scenes to make that possible.

How we improve cash rotation and reduced CX calls by 9%
Introduced a way for our user to learn how much money they owed to Jiva, which helped increased cash rotation.

Redesigning the booking flow
This feature improved demand identification, achieving 80% occupancy across three launched buses, increased confirmation page conversions and boosted revenue by 7%.

Amping up the experience with seat selection
A feature which significantly reduced support tickets, enhanced customer experience and unexpectedly brought peace of mind to drivers, benefiting all stakeholders.
